Ravi Verma is a Public Speaker, Agile Coach, Professional Scrum Trainer, Evidence Based Management Consultant and Blogger with a passion for helping teams recapture the magic of making I.T. With 18+ years of experience in I.T. delivery and consulting, Ravi has a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar software in Fortune 100 companies like Cisco and Avaya as well as a start-up. He specializes in anticipating, identifying and removing obstacles that pop up whenever a bunch of people work on a bunch of code.
Ravi has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from R.V.C.E., Bangalore and a Masters in Entrepreneurship from SMU, Dallas. Ravi received a Certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University and Linkage Inc and is an MBTI Certified Practitioner, with a Certificate in Advanced Conflict Resolution from Kilmann Diagnostics. He has also been trained in facilitating workshops for leading organizational change based on the book “Leading Bold Change” by Dr. John Kotter workshops and is a Professional Scrum Trainer and Evidence Based Management Consultant with Scrum.org.
MARK NONEMAN – SCRUM COACH
Mark Noneman helps clients realize the benefits of Agile software development and pursue organizational Agility. He leverages over 25 years of experience to serve industry leaders in the roles of Enterprise Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer, the latter in partnership with Scrum.org, led by the co-creator of Scrum, Ken Schwaber. Mark focuses on helping organizations apply Agile principles and practices to improve quality, increase productivity and deliver value faster.
As a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Mark is one of a select few PSTs who regularly teaches Scrum.org’s entire curriculum, including Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) courses. In addition to serving as a PST, Mark holds certifications with Scrum.org for Professional Scrum Master (PSM, PSM II, PSM III), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I, PSPO II) and Professional Scrum Developer (PSD).
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, Mark helps organizations develop and execute strategies for extending and expanding Agile across their enterprise. He is certified in and frequently utilizes scaling approaches such as Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Scaled Professional Scrum (Nexus).

Rich is a seasoned agile trainer and coach, bringing years of experience in helping hundreds of people learn agile concepts and put them into practice in their daily work and lives. Rich loves to help connect people with the principles behind leaner, agile processes and practices so they build elastic skills and can adapt their approach as the problems they are faced with change. He has a background in software development, having put to practice what he preaches. Adam Crishi: Strategic Partnerships & Social Media Manager
Adam Crishi leads Strategic Partnerships & Social Media Management for SmoothApps. Adam is truly an entrepreneur at heart and has been involved in several different business startups. Adam has worked in pre-hospital emergency care and in hospital administration.
Adam obtained his Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a Business concentration from the University of North Texas. He attended Paramedic school at the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania, affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh and has a Masters in Entrepreneurship from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, Dallas.
Adam is married to his wife, Stephanie, and is a proud father of his two sons, Connor and William. Adam also has a Labrador Retriever named Colton. Most of Adam’s free time is spent with his family, fly fishing, or watching the Pittsburgh Penguins or Steelers!
Lea Dearing: Administrative Assistant
Lea Dearing is an Administrative Assistant with 13 years of experience in providing administrative support to some of the largest companies in the area, such as Hewlett Packard, SWS Securities and General Information Services. These positions have given Lea the opportunity to hone her administrative skills and learn about the corporate world within a variety of industries.
Lea has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a passion to learn more about change leadership, motivation, entrepreneurship and social media. She is the chief obstacle remover for SmoothApps and enables our team members to serve clients without being slowed down by impediments.
Lea likes to spend her down time with family, friends and her pet dog, a Chihuahua mix named Taco. She enjoys reading, visiting museums and antique shops. Also a history buff, Lea likes to take day trips to small towns in the area to learn their history.
